Exchanges — Quick Summary
Contact us within 3 days of delivery to start an exchange, and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. We offer exchanges only; we don’t offer refunds. Sale items, worn/used items, and hair-on-hide pattern or color variations aren’t eligible for exchange. Full details below.

Exchange Policy
All sales are final once an order is placed. We’re unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, but we’re happy to help with an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, contact Dodi Jo’s within 3 days of delivery and ship your item back within 7 days of delivery. Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange. Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging. Because hair-on-hide pieces are natural products, we don’t accept exchanges based on pattern or color variation.

To start an exchange, email us at shop@dodijos.com. Once your exchange is approved, you’ll receive instructions for mailing your item back to us at your expense. Items shipped to us without an approved exchange request will not be accepted.

Facebook Exchange Requests
We don’t process exchanges through Facebook Messenger. We prefer to work with each customer directly by email so your exchange is handled properly.

Price Differences
If your new item costs less than your original purchase, we’ll issue the difference as store credit, sent as a code to use at checkout. If it costs more, we’ll send an invoice for the difference.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been placed. If you’d like a different item, you’re welcome to request an exchange as long as it meets the requirements above. Exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
