Brazos is named for the way that hide runs — a band of brown and white cutting diagonally across a carved field of flowers, the way a river cuts through open country. The tooling is done by hand, flower by flower, and the antique finish settles into every cut so the whole front has depth you can feel with your thumb.
Because the tooling is carved by hand and the hide is natural, no two of these are the same. The carved leather will darken and deepen with handling, and the hair-on panel will soften where you tuck the bag against you.
